Baldwin Whitehall Soccer Association

About Us

Baldwin Whitehall Soccer Association (BWSA) was established in 1982. BWSA is a friendly, welcoming, and hardworking Association committed to the long-term development of young players so they can reach their full potential in the game.

From board members to coaches to parents, we work together to provide the best possible environment to nurture and improve the playing experience our players. We believe that for this to happen our players need to participate in a fun, safe, and structured learning environment. The Association is continually working to develop our programs, coaches, facilities, equipment, and the experience everyone involved with the Association receives.

The Baldwin Whitehall Soccer Association (BWSA) aims to create a culture and values that underpin the Association’s DNA. BWSA believes that when everyone is on the same page and buys into what the Association is trying to do, it becomes much more powerful and effective in moving our players forward. Our Philosophy is to develop a generation of players who are:

  • Creative in seeking their own answers when faced with challenge on the pitch.
  • Comfortable with the ball at their feet
  • Skilled at retaining and maintaining possession of the ball
  • Able to demonstrate their individual skills and abilities while being part of a team
  • Field Status
