Join the BWSA Board!

President - The President shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation; and, as such, shall supervise and control all of the business affairs of the Corporation. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Membership and the Board. The President shall perform such other duties as assigned to him/her by the Board. The President shall hold no other position as an officer.

Trustee - A trustee's role is to participate in fundraising, supporting the community, serve as ambassadors for the nonprofit, assist in annual strategic planning, and uphold the organization’s reputation. Many board members begin in this position and then transition to other roles as they become more familiar with the governance of the association.
